CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be 48hrs prior to your arrival date
Thereafter a full charge will be made for the first night & 75% for consecutive nights if we are unable to resell your room. (This must be backed with a telephone call)

CHECKING IN & VACATING YOUR ROOM
You may check in from 10.00am if however your room is not ready you are welcome to collect your keys & leave your luggage.

Please let us have your time of arrival so we are here to welcome you

We ask that your room is vacated by 10.00am during the week & 10.30am at weekends

PAYMENT
Credit card details are required to secure your booking.
Cash or credit card payments are payable on arrival.

CHILDREN
We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 5

COMPLAINTS
In the event of a complaint, we will investigate and respond in a timely & courteous manner. Where appropriate, we will make immediate amends.

HOUSEKEEPING
We are a strictly no smoking guesthouse.
A standard cleaning charge of £50.00 per night will be levied on guests who smoke in their rooms.
Damage to guesthouse goods will be charged at replacement or cleaning costs.
Replacement keys are charged at £25.oo each.

PETS
For the comfort of other guests we do not allow pets.
If you have a registered Guide dog please inform us prior to booking

SECURITY
A strict closed door policy is in place and all guests are required to enforce this safety measure. We reserve the right to refuse admission and exclude visitors
A booking in form must be completed by all guests on arrival with passport numbers for overseas visitors.
We ask that all guests read our fire notice that can be found in each room.
