Double / Twin / Triple En-Suite

Our largest room, Room 3 is on the first floor. It is en-suite and contains two single beds as standard. We can combine the beds into a large super-king double bed. Please specify your preference when booking: twin or double. The room overlooks the garden to the rear of the house. It is available for single occupancy bookings if required.

We have a good quality fold-down single bed available should three people wish to share the room.

The room is available at £130 per night or £85 for single occupancy. If you want to use the fold-down bed to add a third person, the cost is £210 per night or £70 each. Discounts are available for long stays – contact us for more information.

The room has a remote control Freeview TV, free WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities. We also supply a HEPA air purifier and an air heater. Need anything else? Just ask us…

How to Book

1. Use the drop-down menu to choose the month in which you are travelling.
2. If your preferred arrival date is green, the room is available. Click on the date.
3. If the date is marked red, the room is taken. Go to Book Online to see the availability for all our rooms or call us on 01242-527683.
4. A window opens confirming the arrival date and prompting you to enter the number of nights you wish to stay. It will confirm the departure date. When you are happy, click on Confirm & Continue.
5. The next screen confirms the details and price. You can see other available rooms if you wish to switch. When you are happy, click on Book Online.
6. You now see the booking form. Enter your details and payment card information. Please note that we do not take any money at this stage – this merely confirms the booking. Any questions – please call us.
7. Your booking is then confirmed and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

9. Room-only and weekly prices are only available by contacting us directly by phone or e-mail – they are not available online.
