Please remember to book directly with us if possible.
This allows us to offer you the best possible deal as well as being able to discuss your requirements in detail. Weekly prices and a room-only rate that is £10pppn cheaper are only available by contacting us directly by phone or e-mail – they are not available online.
The standard prices from January 2024 for each of our rooms are:

Double en-suite – £125/night, £85/night for single occupancy, £750 for a week (2 people)
Twin / Double en-suite – £130/night, £85/night for single occupancy, £780 for a week (2 people)
Double / Twin / Triple en-suite – £130/night for two people, £85/night for single occupancy, Additional fold-down single bed available at £80/night for Room 3 only. £780 for a week (2 people)
Single standard with private shower/toilet (two rooms available) – £70/night, £420 for a week. We automatically close one of these rooms when the other is booked to ensure the bathroom is private.

Please note that prices can be revised during popular periods, such as race days and festivals.
We accept most credit cards, cheques and cash. We are happy to arrange company accounts or payment by invoice so please call us on 01242 527683. Generous discounts are available for longer stays and repeat bookings.

How to Book

Use the drop-down menu to choose the month in which you are arriving.
If your preferred arrival date is green, the room is available. Click on the date. If the date is marked red, the room is taken.
A window opens confirming the arrival date and prompting you to enter the number of nights you wish to stay. It will confirm the departure date. When you are happy, click on Confirm & Continue.
The next screen confirms the details and price. You can see other available rooms if you wish to switch. When you are happy, click on Book Online.
You now see the booking form. Enter your details and payment card information. Please note that we do not take any money at this stage – this merely confirms the booking. Any questions – please call us.
Your booking is then confirmed and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
